Inside Out is a Black & Women-owned aerial and aerobics mobile studio with the mission to empower people to unapologetically love themselves INSIDE OUT through alternative fitness. Inside Out travels throughout Ohio to provide aerial and aerobic events and workshops to marginalized groups, because we believe everyone deserves to discover their strength and self-love without the struggles of transportation and cost.

Mobile Pole Parties

Pole, twerk, choreography, chair dancing... you name it! Tell us where and we'll be there. Invite up to 10 people to an unforgettable party where you learn with fantastic instructors. The party lasts 2 hours and ends with a short pole performance, recorded and photographed. To receive a quote, email us with the information below:
